1. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call/SMS/email from us.
You must provide accurate pickup and drop details while booking.
2. Pricing and Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
Extra charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, and night travel.
Payments can be made in cash, UPI, card, or online transfer (as available).
Any unpaid dues must be cleared immediately after the trip ends.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the ride: No charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.
5. Driver and Vehicle Allocation
Vehicles are subject to availability.
A1 Taxi Services reserves the right to upgrade/downgrade vehicles in case of unavailability, with prior notice.
Drivers are instructed to follow safety and traffic rules. Passengers must cooperate with them.
6. Delays and Liability
We try our best to ensure timely pickups, but we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
A1 Taxi Services is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control.
7. Use of Website & App
Users must not misuse the website/app for fraudulent bookings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, meetings, or events due to delays.
9. Changes to Terms
A1 Taxi Services may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective once published on our website.
